TFour S.r.l. is responsible for making decisions concerning the purposes, methods of processing your personal data and the tools used, including the security profile, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Privacy Code) and EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). This Privacy Policy aims to inform users on how TF will use their personal data before they access the various sections of the Website and before they enter their data. Therefore, users are required to read this privacy policy upon registering with the Website.

Data processing

Processing of your personal data through this website is carried out by TFour S.r.l., a company headquartered in Italy at via Durini 4, 20122 - Milano, Trade and Companies Register, Tax ID No. and VAT Registration No. 06705190962, (hereinafter: "TF"). It independently decides on the purposes and methods of the processing, as well as on the security procedures to be applied to guarantee confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.

Scope of data processing

In accordance with the requirements expressed each time by users accessing the various sections of the Website, we are listing below the purpose for processing of personal data, i.e. data supplied directly by users or data acquired automatically (hereinafter "Personal Data"): a. to allow the use of the Website; b. to answer users' questions about the Website (section "Contact Us" on the Website).

Processing procedures

Personal Data will be processed mainly in electronic or digital form applying logics strictly related to the uses outlined above. Personal Data are protected with specific technical and organizational security measures, aimed at preventing Personal Data from being used illegitimately or fraudulently. Personal Data are kept for a limited period of time, which is different depending on the type of activity that involves the processing of Personal Data. After this period, Personal Data will be permanently erased or otherwise rendered anonymous in an irreversible way.

In addition to the Personal Data provided directly by users (such as name, last name, mailing address, e-mail, password, age, date of birth, gender, image, profession, marital status, etc.), when completing the forms in “Contact us” section, the information systems and software procedures involved in the operation of the Website submit and/or acquire automatically and indirectly some information that may contain personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols (such as, by way of example but not limited to, the so-called "cookies" (as further specified below), "IP" addresses, domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the website, "Url" addresses of the required resources, time of the request to the server).

Categories of subjects who may access the users' Personal Data

Personal Data may be accessed by the Data Controller's employees or staff of who, operating under the direct authority of the Data Controller, are appointed and authorized to data processing and who will be suitably trained for the task; similarly, the managers eventually appointed by the Data Controller will be responsible for ensuring the training of their employees or collaborators. Personal Data may be transmitted to judicial and administrative authorities, in accordance with the law, for the detection and prosecution of crimes, the prevention and protection from threats to public security, to allow TF to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court, as well as for other reasons related to the protection of the rights and freedoms of others.

Area of communication or disclosure of users' Personal Data

The Personal Data provided by users shall not be communicated to other third parties. The eventual future transfer of Personal Data to countries that do not belong to the European Union will be performed only after conclusion of specific agreements, containing safeguard clauses and appropriate safeguards for the protection of Personal Data and only if the transfer is necessary for the management of specific requests.

Users’ rights

Users can exercise the following rights provided by article 7 of Privacy Code and by article 16-21 of GDPR at any time with reference to the specific processing of Personal Data by TF: a) Access to Personal Data and right of modification: right to access to Personal Data and to request that they be correct, modified or integrated with other information. b) Revoke consent: Users can revoke a consent given for the processing of Personal Data in relation to any purposes at any time. Once the request is received, it will be TF duty to promptly cease to process Personal Data based on this consent, while different processing or that which is based on other assumptions will continue to be carried out in full compliance with the provisions in force. c) Opposition to the processing of Personal Data: users have the right to object at any time to the processing of Personal Data made on the basis of legitimate interest, explaining the reasons that justify the request; before accepting it, TF will have to evaluate the reasons for the request. d) Delete Personal Data: users may request the cancellation of Personal Data in the cases provided for by current legislation. Once the request has been received and examined and if it is legitimate, it will be TF duty to timely cease to process Personal Data and to delete it. e) Request of restriction of the processing: in this case, TF will continue to keep personal data but will not process it, unless it is subject to users’ different request and the exceptions established by law. Processing of Personal Data can be limited when is disputed the accuracy of Personal Data, when the processing is illegal but users oppose the cancellation of Personal Data, when users need Personal Data to exercise their rights in court and when users oppose processing, in the period in which TF evaluate the reasons for such request. f) Request of Personal Data transfer to other party than TF ("right to data portability"). Users can ask to receive Personal Data processed by TF based on a consent. Whereas technically possible, Personal Data may be transferred directly to a third party indicated by users. Users may at any time exercise some of the rights provided by article 7 of Privacy Code and by article 16-21 of GDPR described above send a request via e-mail to: info@tfour.it.
